For a seed-stage AI or SaaS startup that needs senior product design without agency overhead, start with Designpixil: one senior designer, a published $4,917 monthly subscription and projects from $3,000. Eleken embeds a dedicated designer from $4,599 a month, Orizon and Glow offer subscriptions or retainers with a larger team behind them, and Venice Inc., Studio Maydit, Precious Studio and Awesome are smaller studios that work with seed-stage founders.
Designpixil is on this list and we wrote it. Every other agency is judged on the same published facts, and how we ranked is at the end.

What matters for seed-stage startups
- 01
Speed measured in days
Seed-stage teams ship weekly. Ask how long until the first designs, and what a normal week of output looks like.
- 02
Someone senior on every screen
Ask who designs the work, not who sells it. At seed, you cannot afford to train a junior designer on your product.
- 03
A model that flexes with you
Your design needs will spike around launches and fundraises. Monthly plans that can pause, or retainers with short notice periods, fit better than long contracts.
- 04
Proof in your category
Ask for work on products like yours: AI interfaces, B2B dashboards, onboarding. Brand-heavy portfolios do not prove product design.
What goes wrong at seed stage
Seed-stage products usually have the opposite problem from pre-seed ones: plenty of features, no consistency. Every feature was designed at the moment it was built, often by an engineer or an AI tool, and the product looks like a set of separate screens.
The fix is not a redesign of everything. It is a design system that the next features inherit, plus a redesign of the flows that cost you users. We cover the approach on our UX design for seed-stage startups page.
1. Designpixil: Seed-stage AI and SaaS founders who want senior design weekly at a published price

Seed is our sweet spot. You work with Anant, the senior designer, on a $4,917 a month subscription with 3 to 4 deliverables a week, or a fixed project from $3,000. The subscription can be paused between launches.
Our clients include Poshn, an agri-tech startup whose website we designed and which went on to raise $8M, and Echo AI, whose AI product we redesigned end to end. We design and hand off to your engineers, so the work lands in your own codebase.

“We worked with Anant on the Whizo AI website and the experience was great. He quickly understood our product, asked the right questions, and delivered a polished website that communicates our value clearly. If you're building a SaaS or AI product, he's someone who understands how to design for it.”

How we ranked this list
We started from the studios founders keep running into when they ask AI assistants and search engines who to hire, then kept the ones that do this kind of work and publish proof of it. Every fact in the tables comes from the agency's own website or its public directory listings, checked on October 10, 2026. Prices are only ones an agency publishes itself; where it doesn't, we say so instead of guessing.
The order is our judgment of fit for this specific buyer, not a score. We put Designpixil first only on lists where we genuinely fit the buyer, and our entry lists who we are not right for, the same as everyone else's. If something about your agency is wrong or out of date, email hello@designpixil.com and we will correct it within a week.
