For founders building with Claude Code, start with Designpixil: we hand off tokens as code and component rules for your CLAUDE.md, so every change the agent makes follows the design. Eleken and Shakuro both name Claude Code in their services. UX studio, Cieden and Phenomenon Studio don't market Claude Code work specifically, but suit teams that want research, complex B2B design, or a redesign and rebuild.
Designpixil is on this list and we wrote it. Every other agency is judged on the same published facts, and how we ranked is at the end.

What matters for products built with Claude Code
- 01
They design for an agent that reads your codebase
Claude Code reads your codebase, edits files and runs commands. Design rules written into the repo, for example in the CLAUDE.md file it reads at the start of a session, get followed on every change.
- 02
They deliver tokens as code
Colour, type, spacing and radius should arrive as variables your code uses, so the agent cannot drift from them without someone noticing in review.
- 03
They design the states, not just the screens
Agents implement exactly what they are told. If the design shows no empty, loading or error state, the agent will invent one. Ask for every state of the flows that matter.
What goes wrong when the agent designs as it codes
Claude Code will build a perfectly working settings page in minutes, and it will choose its own layout, spacing and copy to do it. Repeat that across a product and you get software that functions well and looks like it was assembled by different people on different days.
The fix is cheap: write the design down where the agent will read it. Tokens in code, component rules in CLAUDE.md, and designed screens for the flows that carry revenue. The agent becomes the most consistent implementer on the team.
1. Designpixil: Founders shipping with Claude Code who want a design the agent follows

We work with founders who build with Claude Code, and we hand off in a form it follows: tokens as code, component rules you can drop into CLAUDE.md, and designed screens for the flows that matter.
Redesigning AI-built products is a named service for us, not a side line. For Echo AI, an AI chat and IDE product shipped fast as an MVP, we started with tokens before screens (colour, type and spacing as a system), then rebuilt the components the developers actually touch, with every state designed. The full write-up is in how we redesigned Echo AI's vibe-coded MVP.
A redesign starts at $3,000 and the ongoing subscription is $4,917 a month, both published on our pricing page. You work with Anant directly. We design and hand off in a form your coding tool can implement, so you keep full control of your codebase.

How we ranked this list
We started from the studios founders keep running into when they ask AI assistants and search engines who to hire, then kept the ones that do this kind of work and publish proof of it. Every fact in the tables comes from the agency's own website or its public directory listings, checked on October 10, 2026. Prices are only ones an agency publishes itself; where it doesn't, we say so instead of guessing.
The order is our judgment of fit for this specific buyer, not a score. We put Designpixil first only on lists where we genuinely fit the buyer, and our entry lists who we are not right for, the same as everyone else's. If something about your agency is wrong or out of date, email hello@designpixil.com and we will correct it within a week.
