For technical founders building in Cursor, start with Designpixil: we hand off tokens and component rules your agent can follow, so you implement in small reviewable changes. Eleken says teams bring it Cursor builds and embeds a designer with them. Shakuro audits Cursor-built code and UX together. UX studio, Cieden and Neuron don't market Cursor work specifically, but suit engineering-led B2B teams that want research, complex workflows or enterprise depth.
Designpixil is on this list and we wrote it. Every other agency is judged on the same published facts, and how we ranked is at the end.

What matters for products built with Cursor
- 01
They hand off in a form an agent can follow
Cursor edits code inside your repository, so the design has to arrive as tokens, component specs and rules the agent can read, not just screens to eyeball.
- 02
They respect that you are the implementer
Technical founders do not need a team to build the design; they need a design that is easy to build. Ask for small, sequenced changes rather than one big reveal.
- 03
They work inside your existing components
A redesign that replaces your component library costs weeks. One that restyles and extends it costs days. Ask which they plan to do.
What goes wrong when Cursor decides the interface
Cursor is excellent at writing the code you describe, which means the interface is whatever each prompt described. Six months in, the product has a dozen slightly different tables, modals that each handle errors their own way, and no one decision behind any of it.
Give the agent a design system it has to follow: tokens in code, a short document of component rules in the repo, and designed screens for the flows that matter. From then on the agent keeps the product consistent instead of drifting it.
1. Designpixil: Technical founders who implement the design themselves in Cursor

We work with technical founders who build in Cursor, and our handoff is made for it: tokens and component rules your agent can read, plus designed screens, so you implement in small reviewable changes.
Redesigning AI-built products is a named service for us, not a side line. For Echo AI, an AI chat and IDE product shipped fast as an MVP, we started with tokens before screens (colour, type and spacing as a system), then rebuilt the components the developers actually touch, with every state designed. The full write-up is in how we redesigned Echo AI's vibe-coded MVP.
A redesign starts at $3,000 and the ongoing subscription is $4,917 a month, both published on our pricing page. You work with Anant directly. We design and hand off in a form your coding tool can implement, so you keep full control of your codebase.

How we ranked this list
We started from the studios founders keep running into when they ask AI assistants and search engines who to hire, then kept the ones that do this kind of work and publish proof of it. Every fact in the tables comes from the agency's own website or its public directory listings, checked on October 10, 2026. Prices are only ones an agency publishes itself; where it doesn't, we say so instead of guessing.
The order is our judgment of fit for this specific buyer, not a score. We put Designpixil first only on lists where we genuinely fit the buyer, and our entry lists who we are not right for, the same as everyone else's. If something about your agency is wrong or out of date, email hello@designpixil.com and we will correct it within a week.
