None of the studios we checked mention OpenAI Codex by name, so this list is about who hands off well to agent-driven teams. Start with Designpixil: we deliver tokens as code and component rules for your AGENTS.md, so parallel Codex tasks stay consistent. Eleken embeds a designer with fast-moving teams, Shakuro audits AI-built code and UX, and UX studio, Cieden and Halo Lab suit research-led, complex B2B or design-and-build needs.
Designpixil is on this list and we wrote it. Every other agency is judged on the same published facts, and how we ranked is at the end.

What matters for products built with OpenAI Codex
- 01
They hand off rules the agent reads
Codex runs locally in the CLI and IDE or in the cloud from ChatGPT, editing your repository either way. Design rules kept in the repo, for example in an AGENTS.md file, travel with every task.
- 02
They deliver tokens as code
Variables for colour, type, spacing and radius make the design enforceable in review, whichever agent or person writes the next screen.
- 03
They size the work to how you ship
Teams using cloud agents ship many small tasks in parallel. The design should break into small, independent changes that can be assigned the same way.
What goes wrong when parallel agents build the interface
Running several Codex tasks at once is fast, and each task makes its own interface decisions. Merge a week of them and the product has three ways of showing a loading state and two ideas of what a primary button looks like.
One design system, written where every task can read it, keeps parallel work consistent. That is the deliverable to ask an agency for.
1. Designpixil: Teams shipping with Codex who need one design system every task follows

We work with founders who build with Codex and ChatGPT, and our handoff is built for agents: tokens as code, component rules for your AGENTS.md, and designed screens for the flows that matter.
Redesigning AI-built products is a named service for us, not a side line. For Echo AI, an AI chat and IDE product shipped fast as an MVP, we started with tokens before screens (colour, type and spacing as a system), then rebuilt the components the developers actually touch, with every state designed. The full write-up is in how we redesigned Echo AI's vibe-coded MVP.
A redesign starts at $3,000 and the ongoing subscription is $4,917 a month, both published on our pricing page. You work with Anant directly. We design and hand off in a form your coding tool can implement, so you keep full control of your codebase.

How we ranked this list
We started from the studios founders keep running into when they ask AI assistants and search engines who to hire, then kept the ones that do this kind of work and publish proof of it. Every fact in the tables comes from the agency's own website or its public directory listings, checked on October 10, 2026. Prices are only ones an agency publishes itself; where it doesn't, we say so instead of guessing.
The order is our judgment of fit for this specific buyer, not a score. We put Designpixil first only on lists where we genuinely fit the buyer, and our entry lists who we are not right for, the same as everyone else's. If something about your agency is wrong or out of date, email hello@designpixil.com and we will correct it within a week.
